These disks use the serial port on the DJ2D controller as the console.

Disk layout:
  - Single sided
  - Track 0 single density, 26 sectors of 128 bytes
  - Track 1-76 double density, 8 sectors of 1024 bytes

The MOVCPM command requires the "*" syntax. For example:

  MOVCPM * *    (size RAM, generate image for SYSGEN in memory)
  MOVCPM 48 *   (size for 48K, generated image for SYSGEN in memory)
