This information is for the older verison of LS that displays
column headings and has verbose size information after the
file list.

LS $flags where flags are U,S,F,V,P. "N" negates paginate flag
    U shows files from all user numbers
    S includes system files (system attribute set)
    F shows files only - no sizes
    V is verbose (user and attributes)
    P is paginate flag, on by default. Use $NP to turn off
    N is negate paginate flag
