The last two are td12k bootable images. They will run with your hardware.
I see you have the MR8E TD8E boot ROM. Although my scripts try to build with the tdrom driver, there is no MR8E simulation in SIMH so when I boot into the image halfway through the process, it just hangs.

You can take the td12k images and just use BUILD to switch to the TDROM system device.
