This is the Creative Computing Games Disk #3. The games are accessed through a main
menu under BASIC. To start, type: 

  A>MBASIC MENU

The disk is in the standard IBM 8" SSSD format and is compatible with most any
version of CP/M that supports this format. The disk is not bootable.
